Who can apply?

Nurses from B.Sc (Bachelor)

Nurses with a nursing diploma or diploma prior to nursing

With 12 months of experience in clinics will be required (internships for students also count)
Requirements
To find a job as a nurse in the UK or Ireland, professional registration with the NMC (Nursing Midwifery Council) is required. The candidate will have to obtain the NMC UK license after language (1) and professional (2) online tests:

IELTS in the country of origin (academic, reading - 6.5 and writing - 7.0, speaking - 7.0 and listening 7.0) or OET (medical field) - level B

CBT (Computer Based Test - professional) in the country of origin,

OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examinations) to be obtained after 1-year training in Great Britain or Ireland, paid by the employer.

Recruitment Process

Once the candidate obtains an IELTS or OET certificate, an interview will be organized via Skype with the manager of the future employer.

After a successful Skype interview, candidates will receive a conditional job offer.

Certificates - IELTS and CBT - will be submitted to the NMC (Nurses Registration Board) in Great Britain

NMC in Great Britain will provide PRN (pre-registration number)

After the PRN is issued, the employer will provide CoS (sponsorship certificate - job offer)

With a valid CoS card, applicants can apply for a level 2 visa. After successful confirmation of the visa, arrival will be agreed

A start date will be proposed and an airport transfer will be organized

Employer reimbursement up to GBP 500 to cover IELTS or OET and CBT costs, after employment

A loan from the employer up to GBP 1,000 for rent and deposit and 1 month of housing also payable by the employer
Renumeration

The hourly rate for a pre-registration nurse is 10 £. Since income up to £ 12,000 per year is not taxed, the net employee receives £ 9.54

After completing the course and passing the OSCE exams, the registration nurse-guardian receives an hourly rate from 16.34 to even 24.0 £
